He goes on to elaborate on how the use of ‘authenticity’ in the art of selling can be tough. The 3 important tips he gives are –
1) Don’t say you’re authentic unless you truly are.
2) It’s easier to be authentic if you don’t have to say it.
3) If you do say you’re authentic – you better be authentic!
So, when you do try to sell your business or skills in words, ask your copywriter or resume writer respectively – to be true or ‘authentic’.
